These are hardly effective if the different leaders are unable to educate their people effectively. This course conducted for two weeks therefore offers participants the opportunity to; Develop the confidence needed for community facilitation, Produce interactive learning tools suitable for rural communities, Promote participatory approaches to community development, Learn how to motivate yourself and others.
